Cottage a Markstay-Warren

“It was ok. Not terrible, not wonderful. Pros - price, relatively clean, pleasent staff Cons- no elevators, terrible beds. Not the greatest breakfast. No disposable slippers (not sure how clean the carpet in the room is, so left with either wearing shoes throughout the room which felt weird, or barefoot which kinda felt gross). Also, based on our family (2 adults, 1 child) the site only offered 2 double beds. Ideal would of been 2 queens, or 1 queen and a pull out couch, the lack of options...

“We stay here every time we’re in Sudbury. Love the location. We’ve been going for some time and the staff has been the same, friendly , pleasant. Restaurant is great, they have live entertainment some night. Sherry makes the best espresso martinis!”

“Limited parking at the office entrance level. My coffee maker was not plugged in. Tried to phone the restaurant using the speed dial button but it didn't seem to work - I had to type the 10 digit phone number. The breakfast room layout is inefficient - too many large tables occupied by 1 or 2 people.”

“Too many people smoking outside the front entrance. Front desk staff were not welcoming at all and they left me with the feeling that I was intruding on their time and attention.”

“This is beautiful cabin where we could cook, walk and play games in a beautiful private woods. The extra features were wonderful - nice area to sit, beautiful outdoor shower, hammock. Will definitely come again.”
