Located on the west coast of Sicily near Marsala, Villa Erice is a newly built villa (120m2) in a residential area with a private pool. The villa offers sea views and modern commodities. In this part of Sicily you will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery with its ancient towns, beaches and the maritime life as well as many water activities. The salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.

From the main gate a few steps will take you to the entrance. You will find the living room with two sofa beds, TV, a kitchen/diner with table and chairs and modern appliances such as fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, electric oven and a door leading to the terrace area.

There are two bedrooms: one double room with en-suite shower, another double room and separate bathroom with shower. The villa is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet.

Villa Erice is of modern style with a well-maintained garden (2,000m2) and a swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth from 1.20m to 2.20; open between 24/04 and 30/10) located at the rear of the property accessible via a staircase. There is also a terrace with a veranda and outdoor dining facilities. Private parking is available.
