The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. He offered to take me to A&E but I did not want to go. He bathed my wound and found a plaster for it. I cannot remember the name of the other receptionist but she was equally as kind and helpful. “The hotel is beautifully renovated, stylish and modern. All staff were so friendly and customer focused. Location right on the river and quayside short walk into city centre. The terrace for drinks was probably the area where we were expecting a little more but it was still fantastic. Drinks a little pricey but it was a special occasion so we didn't mind so much.”
“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys.
