“First time I stayed in the seaburn inn as I stay in Sunderland a lot but from now on that’s the only place I’ll stay Staff- very helpful. Even late at night, remote broken for TV and went out their way to get me a new one. Just all round brilliant”

“Too many stairs to negotiate with heavy fire doors - a necessity I know but difficult to open with luggage and bags in hand. Bed comfortable but pillows uncomfortable at best. Staff were pleasant. Buffet breakfast was not as hot as it should have been and very little of anything.”

“Breakfasts were excellent. Room was very warm as heating pipes in boxing’s were on. But helped get my damp clothes dry. Room was clean, extractor in toilet didn’t work.”

“It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

“The room was basic but very clean. Only downsie was that somebody had forgotten to empy the bin in the room before I got there and I had to ask for the heating to be put on as the 1st night was very cold, it did go on late in the evening on the 2nd night so all goo, but overall nice place, spot on staff and will stay again! ”

“I was given a big room with two double beds so more than enough room for me. The room was ok, but a little dated. Large flat screen tv, good bathroom / shower, really comfortable bed and pillows - a couple of negatives were no aircon or safe. Bar / restaurant was really good, plenty of seats / tables and sports on large tvs with. huge selection of fodder and drinks to choose from My food was quick to arrive and very tasty. The best bit overall was the staff who were all excellent! In summary,...
