The Imperial Torquay
A grand hotel with lovely views however whilst the public areas are rather splendid, some areas do look a little tired and in need of updating. This didn't detract from our stay though. Plentiful and varied breakfast and a great location

Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. Left 2 subsequent messages with no call back or codes. Emailed at 15:20 having still not received access codes or a call back stating that if codes ...

Property location, facilities and condition were superb. Nothing missing or needed for our stay that was not already provided. Host made themselves available if required but were not intrusive at all.

Wonderful stay at this property, excellent communication with owner and check with Tony was seamless. The views and location of this place is absolutely amazing....sunrise everyday and unobstructed sea views. Loads of space, comfortable beds. Warm and cozy.
