“This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...

“The entire property is filthy. The pictures on Expedia are not the actual hotel. The pool and hot tub are filled with trash. And the room smells like smoke and urine. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting your property be in this condition.”

“Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. ”

“Room had no blankets or towels. Barely used a sink, and it was already clogged.A four was warped, it may add roach catchers out. I had to use my jacket to cover up.”

“Hotel moderno gestito veramente bene, da personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera grande, comoda, con cassaforte, frigo, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia spaziosa e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Non sul mare ma a 3 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia, parcheggio e buona colazione compresi nel prezzo”

“Carpets in room feel very sticky and dirty under my bare feet. Carpets should be deep cleaned. Beds are hard as rocks and need to be replaced with something after and more comfortable. ”

“When we entered our first-floor level room the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. There was no seating except two bar type stools at the counter. The kitchen was not furnished with anything at all. No coffee maker no hair dryer. There was a cabinet door missing. The room was tiny and you barely had room to walk. The bathroom was bare minimum useable. We have had previous stays at Extended Stay that was pleasant but not this time. Also the TV remote did not work, and we...

“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...
