Secluded yet within minutes of your favorite outdoor activities!!

  • Each of our rustic cabins are wonderfully decorated and cozy! They each have a fireplace in the living area with large spacious windows looking out into the forest, smart tv's, dvd's, big comfy sleeper sofas and chairs, fire pits with lounge chairs, front and back porches with sitting areas, fully stocked kitchens, charcoal grill, dining areas inside and out, 2 bedrooms with fresh linens, and a bath with fresh towels.

    We take extra care in making sure each cabin is meticulously cleaned and each guest feels welcomed with Community coffee, a selection of tea, hot chocolate with marshmallows, and all the fixings to make smore's!! As a bonus, you will find locally made and sourced goat's milk body and shampoo bars and lotion for your bath!

We had an amazing stay at this secluded cabin! The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and it was obvious that the owners take great pride in caring for it. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace.One of our favorite parts of the trip was the two friendly neighbor dogs who stopped by to visit us a few times. They were such sweet companions and honestly made our stay even more memorable!The only thing I'd mention for future guests is that the road leading to the cabin is a bit rough. If you're driving a regular commuter car, just take it slow, and you'll be fine, but it's something to keep in mind before your trip.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

What a gem! Nestled amongst the trees, perfectly cozy and peaceful with all the amenities. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. Communication was fabulous, Frances was quick to respond. We hope to return soon.

Spring Getaway

We had a great stay in the cabin. It was really well outfitted and very clean. Lots of great seating on the back porch. Really convenient access to Buffalo floating and hiking.

Awesome Cabin!

Probably the best cabin I’ve stayed in. Location is great, we loved being in the woods. It was definitely the most well-stocked cabin. We loved it!

Perfect Little Cabin

We had a great time, the cabin is secluded but still close to everything you want to do. We were there to go kayaking; the cabin was two miles from our kayaking destination. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The cabin was a 10/10 with cleanliness, accessibility, host communication, location was secluded and we enjoyed everything! This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. You can tell it is well maintained. We will be back soon with our girls. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. I have already sent the location to family for our reunion we have in July

Lovely weekend getaway

Great spot, great view, cool deck, fire pit, nice charcoal grill. Cabin interior is cozy and well stocked, with plenty of room with excellent huge glass windows for the sunrise and sunsets to show through. Loved it.

Peaceful Place

Very nice cabin, great location. The cabin and property were clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Everything you need to prep and cook with is there. Great water pressure in the shower. We even had really good cell service. The fire pit was a prefect spot for a s'mores-a-thon!

Great little cabin in the woods

Wonderful cabin. So cute! Clean, comfortable, close to the Buffalo River (Grinder's Ferry). 7 minute drive to the canoe outfitter. Stocked with nice extras. Good hot water, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

Fox Trot Cabins

Such an adorable cabin. We had a Great stay. This cabin is wonderful. It had everything we needed. It would have slept six with no problem. The outdoor areas are great and the charcoal grill was perfect. Close to the Buffalo River and Marshall area. We will definately stay with them again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay at this cute little cabin in the woods. The location was perfect. We were just minutes away from the Buffalo River and we were even able to make a day trip to Branson. Frances was the perfect host. The kids loved the s’mores she left for us. The fire pit, grill, and porches make this cabin in the woods just perfect.
