“We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

“We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Thornsburg! The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning—it had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. The concession stand was convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks, and the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. “Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I was dissapointed with the breakfast. The sélection was quite limited, and the quality didn^t my expectations. I was hoping for more variety and fresher options, espacially considering the overhall standard of the hôtel.”

“The sheared drapes where shredded in our room, phone not connected and needed cleaning, Coffee maker didn’t work and the sheets where on inside out. It was quiet and pretty clean.”

“The fruit selection on the breakfast bar was top notch. They had grapes watermelon mango strawberries blueberries pineapple and bananas. The scrambled "eggs" were not appetizing at all. The attendant was very responsible and kept things full.”

“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”

“This place has definitely seen better days. I tried to save a few bucks but the cost was still the same as if I stayed across the parking lot at Holiday Inn. The bedding was very worn out and had visible stains and strands of hair. I went to the Family Dollar to purchase bedding. So, yeah, the money I spent doing that was the same as if I’d stayed somewhere else. Would’ve had a better peace of mind”

“The 1st room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We were moved to another room. This room smelled great, BUT had cockroaches.”
