“Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...

“The chair at the desk was not very comfortable for working at the desk and was a hard plastic chair. The only one in the room also. Otherwise, everything else was very comfortable. I would like to have seem a better breakfast as well. All the hotel had were bagels.”

“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”

“It was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. Everyone working were professional, polite and a joy for the establishment. I truly loved the sign about no pets at the breakfast facility. We attended a facility in Maryland and I was not comfortable with the pets around the food. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. “Great no-frills motel on Rt 1 just off 95. Friendly staff, clean room, fairly quiet for the location. There are plenty of options for food and easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. This was a fine place to rest my head for the weekend.”
