“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ...

“Home was immaculate, photos match reality, neighborhood was lovely/walkable to restaurants, and host was very responsive via app messenger. We would definitely stay again. We only rated 4 of 5 due to check in experience (door codes did not match confirmations, no answer to emergency phone line, and parking garage/spots were extremely tight). Host ensured confirmations and emergency numbers will be fixed so we are sure any future guests will have a 5 star experience! ”

“There is not a king bed in the bedroom indicated. Both single-bed rooms contain a bed no larger than a queen. This did not affect us because the couple planning to stay had to cancel last minute, but if they were to stay they would not have comfortably fit in the queen bed. Otherwise the stay was great. It would be helpful to have automatically locking doors because the main door was regularly left unlocked by other tenants. Also one of our bedroom doors had locked and we weren't able to get...

“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

The house is big and every detail is perfect, the kitchen was completely full with everything we needed, including water and some beverages!Comunication with Jenny was totally perfect, she replied immediately everytime I wrote her.Private parking was a plus, nice position, just 20 minutes from Boston downtown (without traffic). “The unit was as advertised. It was very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the outskirts of Boston and near Franklin Park Zoo which we visited to see Boston Lights. Noise from the upstairs unit was a bit of a nuisance, but overall we had an excellent stay.”
