Pensa a "KILLER VIEWS" PER IL FOLIAGE DI CADUTA! Fine settembre-Nov.

Hai bisogno di una vacanza autunnale o di un compleanno, un anniversario o solo una festa da solo, prenota il mio appartamento. Un posto esclusivo con una vista fuori dal mondo. Un ospite ha chiamato il mio appartamento "elegante". Ci sono posti dove puoi stare; ma poi ci sono luoghi in cui puoi sentire di vivere il sogno. Splendide sistemazioni, numerosi servizi e una vista che pochi possono battere. Situato a Marshfield, MA, che è stato recentemente redatto come il miglior posto dove vivere nel Massachusetts. Molta storia qui oltre ad essere una città di mare. Marshfield si trova nella contea di Plymouth, lungo la costa meridionale del Massachusetts.

L'appartamento è nuovo con nuovi arredi. Si trova al piano superiore della mia casa che è stato recentemente rinnovato. Ha il suo ingresso. Ci sono tre grandi stanze. La stanza principale (soggiorno e angolo cottura) è di 12. 6 X16); la camera ha le stesse misure e il bagno è di circa 10 X 10. È molto spazioso e ha una vista sull'oceano distante "killer". A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia è tutto ciò che serve per rendere la vostra vacanza fantastica. È una zona molto tranquilla e sicura.

Oltre alla spiaggia, c'è molto da tenervi occupati. Plymouth si trova a mezz'ora di auto dove puoi vedere The Mayflower II, Pilgrim Plantation e Plymouth Rock. Puoi anche prendere molte barche da Plymouth Harbour per la pesca d'altura o per osservare le balene. In inverno sono vicino a Blue Hills Reservation, dove è possibile praticare sia sci di fondo che discesa, nonché escursioni e altre attività ricreative.

La stazione 'T' è vicina a Scituate. Puoi salire sul treno per Boston per molti altri siti storici e una fantastica vita notturna.

Dirigendosi nella direzione opposta rispetto al Rhode Island, puoi vedere il castello di Belcourt e le dimore di Newport. Tutto ciò è solo graffiare la superficie. Così tanto da fare, così poco tempo! Non ti annoierai di sicuro. Ma se questo è ciò che desideri, anche sederti sulla spiaggia al sole con un buon libro funziona. Questo è il posto perfetto per tutto questo. Godere! Non vedo l'ora di incontrare te e il tuo! E tra l'altro il mio ultimo ospite ha scritto nel mio libro degli ospiti "un'esperienza di alto livello ma a un prezzo molto conveniente". Luv quello! Non posso prendere animali domestici. Grazie.

No kitchen facilities, no running water in that area so no way to wash any dishes. Apartment is on second floor entering through unfinished and very hot attic. Apartment does not have individual ac or heat controls, all requests must be thru owner which is very controlling. Views overlooking the ocean are spectacular. Would have been nice to have an outside sitting area with clean chairs to enjoy the view.

On top of the world did not disappoint!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a little piece of heaven staying here! The accommodations were delightful! Spotlessly clean, breathtaking views, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and liquor store. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating. We were greeted with fresh blueberry muffins, milk and juice upon arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We highly recommend!! Lovely Property/Excellent Host

Wonderful 10 night stay at this charming seaside location. Accommodations were excellent with large well appointed rooms thoughtfully supplied with everything you could need to feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze with the detailed instructions we received. Our gracious host provided muffins, orange juice, milk, coffee and more getting our visit off to a great start, and she even offered to supply any other items we might need during our stay (we couldn’t think of any). The ocean view is marvelous offering a panoramic view of this coastal community and we were fortunate to have watched some beautiful sunrises. We highly recommend this property and will be sure to stay here again.

Lovely Beach Apartment

I'm from Marshfield originally, now living out of state, and I was looking for somewhere to stay locally for a friend's wedding. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we had plenty of space to get ready and he was able to comfortably work in the apartment while I walked to the beach. Corinne was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed, including baked goods and a photo of our wedding guest attire! We'd definitely stay here again.

A Gem!

I was looking for a place where I could work remotely that was close to relatives and had a nice view. This 1BR lock-off apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful house overlooking the ocean more than met my expectations! Corinne is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable. It was a delight to have fresh muffins, coffee, tea, OJ and some small snacks. The space is quiet and I hardly ever noticed when she was around. The space is fairly large consisting of 3 separate rooms. It was very quiet and on the nights when it wasn't too humid it was great to open up the windows and catch the ocean breeze. It was a 10-min walk to the square that had a donut shop, convenience store and a fantastic restaurant! I had 2 great meals there and wished I had time for another! The beach is just an extra 5 mins beyond the square. All in all, it was exactly what I was looking for as a base from which to work and then drive to see relatives and a few local sites. I definitely plan on staying here again the next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to my sister too!

Corinne's place is beautiful and she is a wonderful host. She was available for questions and had great recommendations for the area. The ocean view from the living room is gorgeous, day and night. We had an almost full moon shining on the water and even got a fireworks show one night! The space is clean and cozy, the bed is comfy. Corinne took extra care to leave milk, juice, and water in the fridge. Plenty of coffee and filters for the coffee maker. She even had 2 delish peach muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The community is super cute and quaint, a seafood restaurant, an Irish pub, a small grocery store and the beach right there, all within walking distance. We had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Corinne was so accommodating and so sweet.Corinne was so accommodating and so sweet the view overlooking The complex was the most beautiful view I’ve ever had staying somewhere. We stayed for the Fourth of July and saw the fireworks over the ocean. It was magical and current made it even more magical. A Wonderful Retreat

We stayed at this beautiful property while visiting friends in the Boston area. It was the perfect spot to land every evening after a busy day of sightseeing and activities. The bed was super soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a hair dryer and plenty of toiletries. The common area was fully equipped with coffee, and disposable cups and utensils, a small fridge, and even snacks that kept us going on our long days out and about! The host is welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. The house sits on a hill overlooking the ocean and small marina. It is a short walk down to the beach access point and there are a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The Bridgewaye serves delicious seafood. We enjoyed waking up early, grabbing coffee and a doughnut at the local shop and sitting on the beach before heading out for our sightseeing days in the city. We highly recommend this property and this host and hope to stay here again the next time we are visiting the area. A+++ experience!

The apartment was better than we expected. It’s bigger than it appears in the pictures. The view is incredible! It was very clean and lots of extra little touches. Corinne was easy to communicate with and very helpful with information. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the train station, making it ideal for getting into Boston for sightseeing.
