“Check in was in the wine tasting room and took 2 seconds. he efficiently told us the best way to get up to the third floor where overnight guests stay. The Inn is not their primary business. Very interesting old winery which occasionally rents rooms. We were the only guests that night in the Inn, though they also run an event space and had a large group that night. “The hotel was what I would consider average. The room was clean but not overly large. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. They need a different type of fixture. Putting in my contacts was quite a challenge. Bedding was average. Bathroom amenities were good. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed by the health dept. ? There was a $250 deposit put on my credit card for incidentals & I was told at check out that it would come off in 5-7 days? I think that is too long! The price was good...

“Our room was not clean whatsoever. The floor was full of crumbs, the furniture was dusty, stains on the comforter & shower curtain. The staff were nice & made sure everything went smoothly while checking in. Breakfast was okay- not a lot of choices. There were enough parking spaces.”

“Why do hotels always say to leave towels on the floor if you want them replaced when they don't perform housekeeping until you check out?”

“The tub and sink were clogged up with hair and other stuff , the water in the tub was draining slowly, when I was taking a shower, and when i was brushing my teeth the water was not draining, it was nasty .”

“Expected a little more out of this hotel for the price that we paid. Shower still had a used soap bar from previous persons stay. Vent in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. Ceiling had damage and water spots. For the price I paid, I expected a little better of a room unfortunately and cleanliness. Could’ve booked next door and saved myself $200 for what this was unfortunately.”
