“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet.
Low spots were for me, as a woman staying alone for...

“Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month..
When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book..
so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless”

“部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。
部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。”
