Great stay. Friendly staff and the owner Justin couldn’t do enough for us fantastic guy .looking forward to going back

“The Hotel was excellent the staff were very polite helpful friendly tidy and very good at their job. The breakfast was not only amazing piping hot very good quality very big and was given service to the table. The room was spotless the bed was very comfortable plenty of tea coffee etc only one thing no lift to top floor but very boutique style would definitely go back ”

All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. ”

“We were visiting friends in Cromer Pier Show and I wanted to book a last minute Hotel. The Holiday Inn was the closest (over 20 miles away) and available and the best rate.
I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise when the receptionist informed us at check in.
We could have used the pool, but didn’t have time in the end. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My son and I will be back next year, unless we camp in Cromer.

“We stayed at Caistor Hall as we were going to a wedding reception nearby. We received a warm welcome when we checked in. The room itself was very large with a good modern bathroom, although to get the shower at a reasonable temperature was a work of art - you need to be patient that the hot water will eventually come! The decor is a little old fashioned but in keeping with the building. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent with a good choice available. We would definitely stay...
