“We were not able to get into the two bedroom we had rented as a previous renter had destroyed it and repairs needed to be made. Instead they gave us a one bedroom for 3 people so my 89 year old father had to sleep on a sofa bed and enter our bedroom to use the bathroom. They gave us a different room the second night, but 2nd bedroom was not private and open to the kitchen and living room.
