Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second). ”

“We booked Kate’s back barn for a quick Labor Day weekend visit. The place was recently update and very comfortable for our family of 4. The location is fantastic, particularly without a car - a short walk to town, any easy bike ride out to Surfside. Kate was highly responsive to our questions and needs and made the check in/check out process easy to manage. Would definitely consider a future stay!”
