“Great value for a good size suite close to downtown SF. Having laundry was nice and the bunk beds in the separate closet room was ideal for a child. Excellent suite overall and only minor issue was we could hear a lot of footsteps upstairs at night and early morning.”

“The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”

“This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...
