“Struttura non centrale, ma servita benissimo dalla metropolitana linea 1 che porta direttamente in centro. Personale gentile e premuroso. Ottima colazione continentale. Prezzi al di sotto della media degli hotel della Innerestadt, per questo da tenere in considerazione ”

“This hotel is very new and decorated with mostly reporpused or recycled materials, to reduce waste and pollution. It's very cosy and modern, and our room was very comfortable and clean. It's probably not the closest option to stay near the city center, but the area is so well served by public transport, we never felt this was an issue. Also we felt safe at every time of the day and knew we could have a drink in the hall of the hotel in case we didn't want to stay out until late. Very good...

“Host gentile, molto disponibile, nonostante i nostri problemi di orario con il volo, è sempre restata in contatto con noi. Stanza pulita, confortevole. Arredamento curato e nuovo. Unica pecca i letti un po' scomodi. Colazione abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, e molto buoni”

“Hotel a ridosso di una strada ad alta frequenza di mezzi, impossibile da non sentire durante il soggiorno. Clima portatile in camera rumorosissimo ma per fortuna presente.”

“Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

“It was a perfect stay. 100% recommend it for families with kids. ”

“Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well.”

“Close to the public transport, easy to get to the city, shops are nearby as well. Need to work on basic toiletries and shower amenities. Or at least let the guests know a head of time.”

“Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. ”
