Entry from Vincent St is a little obscure but opens straight up onto a set of stairs with reception counter a climb up 2 flights. Old eclectic pub style accommodation with shared dining room, shared loungeRoom and shared kitchen. Large older king room with private brand new bathroom (which was very clean and bright). “This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. ”
