“Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.”

“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“It was nice hotel. I enjoyed the old time feel and the overall aesthetics of the building. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and well maintained. The attached restaurant was really nice but overpriced for what we ordered. Biggest complaints were the fridge in our room, froze everything that we put in it forcing us to eat out one of the nights we were there. “Everything was great. Will stay again”

“The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway.”

“This hotel is two blocks from my condo, so I used it as a backup guest room. Worked fine for that purpose. Bed was comfortable, room furnishings were adequate. I will turn to it again the next time I have overnight guests.”

“It’s was a great experience and I love it there”

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“We loved the whole vibe of the hotel, it was supper cute and old looking. Loved the greenery and the scenery from our window. Super clean with comfy beds!! The staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and...
