“I loved the convenience of the location. The front desk was helpful. However, the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival…I found hair on the floor and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t plan on booking this hotel again but it was necessary for my trip.”

We contacted the front desk for help, but there was no response. We needed house cleaning, and the staff said that house cleaning is offered only by reservation and that the day's reservations were full! We asked for two towels, and the staff asked me to return the old towels before getting any fresh ones. We returned the old towels, only to hear...
