“We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful during check-in. When we entered our room, it appeared clean and well-kept. However, there was a strong musty odor, almost like something had been wet and sitting for a while. Unfortunately, the smell made our stay less enjoyable. While the customer service was good, we will probably choose a different hotel next time.”
