“This is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in. My partner was taking a course in Cranbrook and just wanted a clean and quiet place to stay and study. The hotel room was filthy and there were crack heads outside walking up and down the sidewalk and screaming at the top of their lungs all night long. My partner was not able to get any sleep and had a hard time in class the next day. We booked a different hotel and then tried to cancel this motel for the remaining 4 nights that we had...

“Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday.”

“The room and bathroom were clean.
Pool & jacuzzi were out of order again.
The air conditioning unit was beyond loud with a whilst throughout the entire night. We barely slept.

“Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very accommodating. I got a nice quiet room, clean spacious. They have a café and two restaurants. Pool and hot tub. An amazing 10 out of 10 gym that I was very impressed by. In fact, it’s an athletic club that I think is open to members in the community. That’s OK. It was big spacious. I had lots of equipment so to me it made sense.
Only complaint it’s on the edge of a commercial industry part of Cranbrook and an edge of what would be you’re...
