“The photos of the property are somewhat misleading. The townhouse that we stayed at was not what we expected. You can't really have more than 2 people on the deck. The hot tub takes up almost the entire deck. The Pac-Man game is in a bedroom and could only be played when the person staying in that room would allow it. The stove door fell off and we had to fix it so that we could use it. The faux fur rug in the living room was dirty and gross. It advertised a pool. But, it is a shared community...

“Perfect property for University of Tennessee orientation with my daughter. It was close to campus and easy to get to. House was immaculate, kitchen and bathroom looked to be recently remodeled. I had a few questions for the host when I arrived and she was quick to respond. Coming back again in August for move-in day!”
