Questa casa sul lungomare per vacanze da sogno situata nell'esclusiva Little Neck Bay di New Seabury ha un molo privato e tranquille viste sull'oceano da quasi tutte le finestre. Due ampi ponti nel grande cortile con vista su Little Neck Bay con accesso a Vineyard Sound rendono questa casa ideale per intrattenere o rilassarsi. Questa proprietà ha anche una doccia esterna privata, kayak, barca a remi, canoa, grill a gas, due box auto, aria condizionata, WIFI, via cavo e si trova in una posizione ideale a pochi passi o in bicicletta dalla bellissima South Cape Beach, con numerosi percorsi a piedi e passerella per i moli di Waquoit. La nostra casa soleggiata e moderna è di 2.700 piedi quadrati con soffitti a volta, pianta aperta e molte finestre e porte scorrevoli. Può ospitare comodamente 10. Il primo piano vanta una grande Master Suite (cursori sul ponte privato, TV HD, cabina armadio, bagno padronale, soffitti della cattedrale), cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e grande sala (cursori sul ponte, nuova TV HD), soggiorno (camino a gas e soffitti della cattedrale), lavanderia, bagno in polvere. Il secondo piano ha tre camere da letto (nuova regina, due gemelli e una doppia) e bagno per gli ospiti. Il livello inferiore ha un ampio rec. camera con divano avvolgente, grande TV HD, due letti singoli, tavolo da gioco e zona ufficio. Mashpee Commons e Popponesset Marketplace sono a pochi minuti per una cucina raffinata e informale, shopping, yoga, unghie, film, mini golf, concerti all'aperto gratuiti e altro ancora. Il golf pubblico e il tennis sono a circa 10 miglia di distanza e New Seabury CC è vicino ma è privato. Popponesset Inn offre una cucina raffinata sul lungomare e il Lure offre spettacoli dal vivo e bevande sulla spiaggia accanto. Il vostro bacino di acque profonde ospita una barca di 32 piedi adatta a fondali bassi (pescaggio di 36 "per la bassa marea). Great fun on Cape Cod on the water

It was an excellent location complete with a dock on a bay. The dock was great since we brought a boat with us. Easy access at all tides to big water and on to Martha’s Vineyard. Plenty of room to accommodate the seven of us. Very accessible to the mall.

Tranquility Base

This property in Mashpee was an ideal spot from which to do so many things… runs, bike rides, clamming, boating, fishing, and just being. Ideally located on a quiet tidal pond with a dock allowing for boating, this well-appointed house offered a very comfortable soul-recharging spot. We were also lucky to have family ina separate house in the same neighborhood so having a family gathering was seamless. Wonderful location and perfect set up. Looking forward to next year!!

Exceeded Expectations

Our family of 9 adults immediately felt at home. The location on an inlet provided a sheltered access to the water while cold winds blew hard on the Atlantic coast a mile away. The house was well provisioned and maintained. There was more space than we expected from the photos on VRBO. We had a wonderful relaxing visit.

A Delightful Autumn Gem

Our family loved our October stay at this property. The foliage on the property and around the pond was gorgeous. The location was easy to find and easy to use as a base for our many adventures. The house was big enough for our group and included all of the comforts that we needed. Communications about the property during our stay were handled efficiently and effectively. Don't pass this property up -- I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Stunning setting, beautiful home

Waterfront with all the amenities you could ever need. Laundry, water toys, air conditioning, peaceful deck to read on, fully equipped kitchen. Style is quite dated, but everything worked and property owner is extremely responsive.

Therapeutic retreat

I'll get what little criticism I have out of the way. Furnishings and decor are dated, the kitchen cooktop is induction, and kitchen utensils are limited. - dock is amazing and the boat ride to the sound or to the gorgeous washburn island is a nonstop Norman Rockwell painting. -tide is only one and a half feet in this area so there's always water at the dock and the water was 85 degrees. -beautiful view with unlimited pine scented shade on a private setting. -I couldn't say enough of how spacious and comfortable this home is. -gas grill is excellent and gets very hot for searing meat. -master suite is huge and offers ample privacy from the rest of the home. We would definitely go back.

Almost paradise

So many great things about this property: the location, the salt pond with wonderful kayaking and paddle boarding, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and it is close to everything you need: shops, restaurants, beach, grocery store, etc. The owners were attentive, and when we had an issue with the wifi, they immediately responded and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The one negative is the condition of the house: the furniture is worn and not very clean, the rugs are dirty, there were cobwebs on the lamps, etc. The deck and deck furniture are worn and a bit moldy, and the house is cluttered. For the price we paid, we expected a little more.

Slice of heaven!

Amazing! The views! The house! Sooo clean! Lovely neighborhood for walking or riding bikes (flat). Fishing was fun - caught 2 striped bass (we released but fun to catch)! Close to everything you need. Very relaxing actually read a book. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Jamie - you were very nice and easy to deal with.

Beautiful views

Great location, beautiful views, plenty of room for our family. We appreciated that there was one large dining table and an additional table for puzzles or games. Host was quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend.

Family Cape Cod vacation

Great place for a family to spend time together. Beautiful house with a gorgeous water front view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the water. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and one infant. Neighborhood was beautiful. Great nearby private beach for the boys to try fishing and the rest of us to enjoy the water. Jamie was very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful week!

Beautiful house with a great view

The house was the perfect size for our group with things to do nearby. We had use of kayaks that we could take right off the private dock on a beautiful large saltwater pond. The neighborhood is quiet, and all properties were well manicured. We were close to the beach and could ride our bikes there. We were very happy with it!

Great location

Great quiet location in the cape close to the beach and on a wonderful bay that can be explored by boat/kayak. The house is spacious with a homey feeling. The owners answer any question promptly.

Beautiful clean house on the water

We decided on this spot for a last minute getaway over winter break. Beautiful view of the lake out back. Great layout with comfortable seating and areas to relax. Couldn’t get the gas fireplace going so the owner came over with an electrician and got it going while we were at a restaurant. Thumbs up for the quick response. Kitchen is functional, a few negative reviews seem overblown, just not high end chef ready. Great in winter. Summer must be amazing!

Beautiful location

PROS: Stunning location on the water. Parked 23 foot Grady White in the back. Kayaks were our favorite part - buy more Jamie! Fishing from kayaks and the dock, you can catch some at dawn and dusk. Not really for swimming. Good birding in adjacent marshes / Jehu Pond conservation area abutting. Secret Beach Wills Work down the road is awesome. Close to Mashpee town beach and Commons. Very comfortable beds, central air. Nice area to bike around with stunning properties. The owner went out of her way to drive us over to the beach and she was courteous and friendly throughout. CONS: Was told after booking that the hot tub and rowboat were broken. Reserving the dates was kind of a mess - but the owners kindly gave us an extra night as recompense. The yard is described as fully fenced in but IT IS NOT - if you're thinking of bringing a dog (but there is a small kennel outside). Gate and fencing could be more secured to the water, we were nervous for the dog and four year old. Like others have said, house is in need of a full update. Re COVID: kind of poor prep: We asked for windows to be left open for our arrival and they were not; the windows don't open in some rooms and if they do, they only crank a little. There was no soap or hand sanitizer or paper towels or TP anywhere upon our arrival. There should be a day or two left in between guests IMO. Not sure how seriously they take COVID concerns. SUMMARY: 3.5 stars: The owner and the property, especially its location and recreational amenities are awesome. More serious COVID prep, needed updates and fixes, organization in booking, and accuracy of description would make this five stars.

Beautiful property

Great comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space. The dock and access to the pond are what makes this spectacular. Nice quiet neighborhood close to beach and to stores etc.
