“The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good.
Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again.”

“The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk.
My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'”

“We enjoyed our stay. One odd thing was the porch light stayed on all night, so it was kind of strange that you couldn’t shut if off and it glared in the window. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a good place to take family as it has tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a golf course. Rooms are nice and newly renovated.”

“The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!”

“The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

“My husband and I have been coming to this hotel every year and have always enjoyed our stays, which is why this year’s experience was so disappointing.
First, I want to recognize Bah at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help us. Unfortunately, the manager, Shennae, did not allow her to assist further. Bah was the only bright spot during an otherwise frustrating stay.
