"Amazing"

"The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. The area itself is as you would expect near a station..a little grungy. We walked to the harbor and that was a bit sketchy too from here so probably best to just get a taxi. Overall it was fine."

"Very pleased with this hotel and its location. Room was very large. City noises are loud, but we brought earplugs. Glad I booked it. "

"The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and great. Plenty of space for 2. Breakfast was also great. It was as advertised. Rating is high because it is great value for the money. The location is a little “industrial” but it is next to a mall, and McDonalds. For our simple needs, it gets top rating. "

"There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door."

"This was my second stay at Hotel Liberty Genova, and I thoroughly enjoyed both visits! The hotel is housed in a stunning early 20th century building, and still has an original cage elevator - which adds a lot of charm! The setup doesn’t make the place feel like a hotel; rather, I felt like I was staying in a classy apartment building. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better … it’s on one of the main shopping streets, and a short walk from the Genova Brignole train station, Piazza de Ferrari and the Centro Storico (historic center). Lots of good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Great value. Highly recommended!"
