“The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! The valet staff is a little pushy when you first arrive, they basically take all your stuff out of your car without any direction but otherwise they were nice. The check in process was the quickest ever! It took like 20 seconds. We were so happy to be there for sure. When our reservation at another restaurant fell threw we were going to eat downstairs in the on site restaurant however I was annoyed that the menu was basically...

“I had a reservation for 2 queen beds and only had 1 bed. They couldn’t change it, or even let me get another room. Said the only reservations were online even though I was in the lobby with my family …and we had to have our teenager sleep with us. Also communication was poor about the valet. Nice facility but unorganized and not helpful for the price. We didn’t let it ruin our trip, but it was disappointing.”

“The toilet was not working when we arrived. They don't have maintenance onsite, therefore it took a day to have the issue resolved. The pullout couch is horrible. It was thin and slanted, making it impossible to sleep on. If you have more than two people, plan on at least bringing an air mattress. The location is conveniently located to main attractions. ”

“We have always been happy with this property, this time, not so much. We arrived shortly after 5PM to a line of people waiting to check in. Listening as other were being checked in, they were telling guests there was a wait for their rooms. The associate was explaining that guests have been checking in since 7AM, and they are giving out rooms in the order that they came in. Explain to me, what does that mean?
