“This property is absolutely understand. I outstanding. From the time that we were met outside with somebody helping us park our vehicle, to meeting Leo at the front desk, who quickly switched us to an upgraded corner suite, to the beautiful surroundings and sites around the hotel. We will absolutely be back. The room was phenomenal. It was 1200 ft.² and size, we had two bathrooms, we had an amazing breakfast through room service. Adam the concierge was wonderful. I can’t say enough about this...

“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

"Hotel nel financial district; davanti c'è proprio la fermata Aquarium della linea blu (2 fermate dall'aeroporto) - dalle foto sembrava un hotel più bello ed elegante, ma comunque è un buon hotel, personale gentile e disponibile - ho frainteso il senso di "cabin" come tipologia di camera, pensando a quelle camere senza finestre che danno sull'atrio, invece era...sottoterra! danno senso di claustrofobia e devi vivere di aria condizionata e non sai minimamente se fuori c'è il sole, piove, fa caldo, freddo, ecc nemmeno aprendo la porta - il penultimo giorno mi sono pure ritrovata uno scarafaggio (vivo!) a fianco del comodino..."
