“Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast and the evening hot food were generally well stocked and delicious. There were only 3 days out of 7 when the evening food was shut down prematurely or poorly stocked. Learning about the M Club breakfast system was confusing the first day, but the next day, a different M Club hostess/waitress actually helped us through it. Room was very clean and comfortable. “The Marriott Newton is very close to the T, so we were able to take public transportation into Boston every day of our visit. We had a river-view room, with a pretty good view as it was directly below. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but both the ‘cooked for us’ and buffet options were tasty and plentiful. The honeydew melon was surprisingly ripe, and the strawberry/blueberry/blackberry combo was perfect. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff obviously works very hard. ”
