“Nice hotel. Nice landscaping. Very clean. Would def stay here again”

“This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.”

“My room was backed up to the train tracks, and the entire room shook when the trains drove pass twice. The TV remote did not work. When I called the front desk, no one answered the call. More importantly, for safety concerns, the door was not equipped with a dead bolt lock.”

“A lot to improve regarding service and maintenance The only good thing was the cleanliness. The front desk service was terrible and lacked any willingness to help. The breakfast is very basic, much inferior to other similar chains. Additionally, the sheer curtain in the room was torn and poorly cut with scissors. Those signs of neglect really take away from the quality of the place.”

“The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.”

“The room was spotless and very cozy. Having a kitchen was a huge plus for me. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.”

“Ive came here mulitple times and love it great staff amazing pool washing machines are great and the location is perfect in between the beach and irvine spectrum center lots of food nearby and they upgraded to smart tvs so thats also a plus”
