“Hotel in edificio storico, moderno negli arredi, pulito, personale disponibile, metro a fianco. Parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte. Ottima alternativa ai costosi hotel del centro di Vancouver. Perfetto!”

“I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. ”

“The staff were friendly and offered a complimentary bottle of water and snack upon arrival. There was also a handwritten note in the room. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in recently. As the hotel is directly off the highway, it was quite loud but that’s no fault of theirs. Overall, a lovely stay. ”

“My room was disgusting to be honest. Bedding was not clean, bathroom smelled so musty and the wall and tiles were falling apart. Had to keep the window open all night so there was fresh air and it wouldn’t smell, so I was quite cold and slept with a jacket on. I asked for a better room but none were available. Even the dirty bedding wasn’t changed when I told them about it. I was even asked not to write a bad review. Crazy bad experience for almost $200/night. Do not waste your money. Shocking...

“Always love staying here. Very basic but clean and the beds are comfortable. I love the location and free parking.”

“Easy access on and off the highway. Ample parking. Comfortable, clean (minus a smell on the fridge, nothing baking soda wouldn’t clear up). Dated bath taps/faucet - not a big deal, dated - retro Would stay there again if in the area”
