“Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. “The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. ”

“Hotel non è male, manca l'ascensore che sarebbe comodo per i bagagli, le camere sono confortevoli e molto calde. Unica pecca la colazione scarsa, non è contemplato nulla di dolce neppure dei croissant. Ho dovuto fare colazione con cereali perché uova strapazzate con cipolla e formaggio alle 8:00 del mattino proprio non mi andavano. Manca il latte caldo, ma basta richiederlo che te lo portano senza problemi, il cappuccino però lo paghi a parte.”

Hotel Fürstenhof Bad Bertrich

10/10 Eccellente

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
