“Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.”

There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. “This house is a 4B/2 bath. 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 tiny room. 2 bathrooms and each has an outdoor shower, which was great. There is a pool and hot tub. We did not love our stay. The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week. We were informed of this less than 1 hour before check in. The host was not proactive—we had to demand he send someone to pick up laundry, but...
