The property is charming. The units spacious and welcoming. However, the staff is incredible. Personable, caring and engaging.

I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time.

I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and they treated me like royalty. The pool is excellent and the entire property is gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here. One of the best experiences I’ve had in my over 30 years of traveling.
