“Deck outside needs cleaning and sprucing up b4 summer otherwise property was clean and tidy. Could do with Sky or expanded TV/sport/film options especially in autumn/winter weather. Self checkin worked easily..”

The unit could have been cleaner - the outside of the fridge was dirty, toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, vanity sink not properly cleaned. Unusually the policy included washing our own dishes or being charged extra. Could not get hold of anyone to try and check in an hour early. Not a big deal, but would have appreciated a call back. “Good for short stay, but was not informed about the water being off for maintenance the morning of checking out. Until a returned the key back to the front office. So couldn't wash my face or teeth.”

“If you are looking for a place where you don't get any services other than house cleaning. Then you will be happy here. I like the rooms and I stayed mostly during the week so it was quite which I like. It's cold time of year so I didn't try the pools because they are both out doors. Parking is for one vehicle per room and they are not allowed pet's which is on the website. The reception was closed alot so if you needed assistance it's not helpful. I was happy doing my own thing though.”
