Summary:

Escape to a private Matcham acreage estate, just 10 minutes from Central Coast beaches. This restored Queenslander and self-contained guest house sleep up to 14, with a resort-style pool, hot tub, citrus orchard, wide verandahs and room for large families, group getaways and celebrations.



The Space:

Antara House is a beautifully restored white Queenslander styled by The Ancient Wellness Hunter, combining natural textures and vintage details with relaxed country living and coastal calm. Sun-drenched verandahs, lush gardens and mature shade trees create inviting places to slow down, while indoor and outdoor living spaces flow together across the private estate.



The main residence includes:

- Three light-filled downstairs bedrooms, including a king master with private ensuite, plus a main bathroom with bathtub

- Two upstairs bedrooms, each with its own Juliette balcony overlooking the greenery

- A large upstairs living area with a reading nook, meditation corner and yoga studio

- A dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, TV and sound system

- Air conditioning, heating and an indoor fireplace for year-round comfort

- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table



Outside, enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, BBQ, outdoor dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Wander the lemon, lime and mandarin orchard, or settle in for a long lunch on the verandah.



The separate self-contained guest house at the rear offers added privacy, with a queen bedroom, full bathroom, open-plan kitchen and lounge. It has its own laundry with washer and dryer, plus a dishwasher. The main residence has a dishwasher in its kitchen; the washer and dryer are located in the guest house laundry.



Sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite

- Bedroom 2: Double bed

- Bedroom 3: Double bed

- Bedroom 4: Two king-single beds

- Bedroom 5: King bed

- Guest house: Queen bed and queen sofa bed



For families, a travel crib and standalone high chair are available.



Guest Access:

You will have access to all outdoor areas of the property, including the pool, hot tub, gardens and citrus orchard. The boat shed and one wardrobe are not available to guests.



The guest house has its own parking. Free parking is available on the premises, and self check-in is provided via a smart lock.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure online Guest Check-in Form and provide a digital copy of ID.



A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and will be released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure form; they are encrypted and processed through Stripe, handled in accordance with strict privacy laws, and are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.



Exterior security cameras are present on the property. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost.
