“We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

“We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park...

“The home was perfectly situated in Cape Charles and on a quiet street. The home was well equipped with everything, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots/pans and anything you needed to cook with. Check out was a breeze! The screened in porch was perfect in the evening. Golf cart is always a nice touch for properties in Cape Charles.”
