Great Breakfast!
The place was clean except for the nail clippings on the carpet from previous occupant. There were no hooks to hang clothing & no towel bars. They had a very good hot breakfast of sausage patties, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurt, bagels, etc.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have already spoken to the housekeeping department, and they will be paying more attention to detail. I will be getting with corp. about towel bars. We hope to see you again soon. thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

The hotel and staff were fine, but the breakfast area required dining in. This is a poor decision by management during a pandemic. Guests who wish to stay safe by masking are unable to do so when dining.

Was asked to leave property because dog was barking. Website states pet friendly. Property was not pet friendly.

Dear Sir, your dog was barking during the night, and we contacted you. Then during the day, the dog continued barking and guest were complaining about the dog barking. You were not on the property, we had to call you to come and control your dog. You did not flow the house rules.

Ceiling leaking.
The first room we got ,the roof had leaked and the bed was soaked and the plaster was falling from the ceiling. They were quick to get us another room. The area had just received two to three days of rain.

Dear Ofelia, the credit card was declined when you check in. The staff cannot force a bad credit card to check you in. The staff did not decline your card.

It wasnt a good experience noise in the hallway all night doors slamming at all hours of the night and just not a good experience.

Good small town hotel!
Very convenient location as to highway, exit, and gas stations. Check-in was fast. Lobby and hallways were clean. Our room was cooled and clean. Quite large. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was bathtub was too slick.

Not a nice hotel.
The grounds are pitiful in need of lots of TLC. Entrances dirty. Room in poor repair and showing lot of wear. Floor just outside bathroom door felt squishy as though water soaked and ready to cave in. Room 319. The bed made a big popping noise every time you sat on it.

The property is great there were a few minor things in the bathroom room 125. The baseboard was seperating between the sink and the wall. It looked like the shower curtain rod was pulled off from the wall

AC was set on 61, but never go below 75 degrees in the room. Mattress on the pull out sofa bed was paper thin. The lounge chair in the room was very uncomfortable. As soon as you sat down, your butt was met with a board right up the middle. Cracked tile in the bathroom. Rust around the bottom of the tub. The common areas of the hotel were uncomfortably hot. The mini fridge in the room had a terrible odor. Coffee grounds all in the coffee.
