“Nice new business hotel 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. Room size is just a little bit above Tokyo standard. The king size bed is comfy but one side is against the wall. Bathroom is big, well equipped with a nice shower/tub cabin.”

Rooms were on the small side (though dominated by a huge bed). Unless you have a subscription to a streaming service, no English (or other than Japanese) language television was available.
