“Staff was accommodating and breakfast was fresh daily. The room was cleaned however it's over year since my last stay and I must say there are some aspects that needs to be rectified I stayed in the same room as before, and the issues then are the same now.”

“No maids , once a week. Under bed had dirty socks and leaves in entrance. ”

“I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future.”

“Poor service. Receptionist was reclining in the chair behind the desk on his phone. Continental breakfast included eggs, white toast and waffles. Everything else there was no supplies. No cereal, milk, sausage, brown bread, English muffins, bagels were all out of stock. ”

“Hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the layout of the suites which made the room bright and airy. Comes complete with dishes etc.-everything you'd need for an extended stay. Breakfast is great. It's very cean and located right at the waterfront which is great as there's a park for kids and a restaurant. “Our stay was amazing! Pets were more than welcome and staff was super friendly. The booking system was down when we arrived and the lady at the front was super accommodating. I explained we just drove 5 hours, I had two hungry kids and a husband in the car, and two dogs. She let us come in and eat our dinner in the dining room while we waited to check in! ”
