“Check in staff member was amazing! Very welcoming.
Only downer was at checkout staff member was having a FaceTime conversation while checking me out. Small thing but I did not have her attention so it felt odd.”

“The property was recently renovated so was new. Check in was easy and our room was clean. The breakfast was very minimal, especially since both hot options were eggs which we do not like. Some oatmeal packets or bread or bagels would be an improvement.”

“The hotel smelled awful. The room was disgusting. It took two hand towels to clean off the dirty , moldy, dusty air conditioner. They were black by the time I was finished. There were stains on EVERYTHING! The bottom of the bathtub was black. The ONLY reason we didn’t leave immediately was my family was exhausted from traveling. ”
