“Stayed here Saturday 5/30/26. Booked a suite without reading reviews and instantly regretted it.. Carpet was stained with white stains which instantly was a turn off. They claim “Free WIFI” as one of the amenities but it doesn’t even work especially if you’re on the lower level floors. No WiFi on the TVs either.. When asking the front desk about the WiFi she said I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting.. ghetto. The bed AND sheets had a stain on them, along with the pull out couch. I had...

“The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off”

“What an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the beautiful property, outstanding service, and gorgeous room. This trip was a gift from our kids, and it turned out to be one of the best presents we’ve ever received. We made wonderful memories and can’t thank everyone enough for such a special experience. Highly recommend! We stayed at another Hilton prior to this one and I gave it the same review. This is a hotel that can be trusted wherever you book.”

“Everything was great with the exception that we had no hot water in the shower. I advised the front desk and they stated they would contact maintenance however we were checking out. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was much better than others I've had at other hotels. Would definitely stay here again”

“Nice facility. Well situated for Yale Medical facilities, but also walkable to food options closer to Yale’s main campus. It was a hike on foot to Union Station, but easy by car. The room was clean and well designed. The stand-out for me was the fitness facility. Not only was the space large, but the range of equipment was considerably better than average. Extra credit to whoever is responsible for that! If there’s a “but”, although you can make coffee in your room, you will pay for it in...

“The absolute WORST experience, staff, etc etc....I booked a room and had all the information and the staff would not let me check in....that place stole $116.00 from me and Expedia is a terrible service....never go here EVER... it's horrible and needs to be shut down....EABOD smelly man”
