“Where do I begin? The photos don't compare to how beautiful this house is. The pool and patio area were perfect. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and then some. Prior to our arrival José sent a detailed list of restaurants, grocery & convenient stores so we were able to eat and do some grocery shopping and were quickly settled as soon as we arrived. “Had a great time! ”

“Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...

“Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. “This was a great trip! Finding the home was a little tricky but thankfully some wonderful locals were able to assist and our host Tania was easily accessible by phone when we had a question. The house had everything we needed for a family of all ages. It was in a great location as we were in town for a family quince in San Lorenzo. We’d definitely book again if we have another gathering in San Lorenzo. Thank you Tania for opening your home to our family!”

“Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property.”

“A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach,...

“This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any...

“I stayed 4 days with my family in this great house. They had a nice welcome sign at the entrance. The house was super clean and spacious. La marquesina was our favorite place to hang out with the family. Each room had their own AC unit. We will come back to this place. ”

“This house was amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks. The beach was beautiful and right next to the house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The town is super cute and small, but has everything you would need. The locals are so friendly and the property management was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here every summer if I could! ”
