“Communication was good, the arrival process went well, and accessing the property was easy. However, upon arrival, I checked the place and found it wasn't sufficiently clean for guests. The coffee maker was dirty; in two of the three bedrooms, the bed sheets didn't smell fresh—only the master bedroom’s linens did. The curtains are in need of replacement, and the inside of the oven door was dirty. A property like this should be much cleaner, so that guests can arrive and immediately feel the...

“Beautiful location in Humacao area. Very clean and secured. Nice swimming pool. Nice staff. This location is far from beaches and attractions is nice for a weekend getaway to relax. But if planning to site scene and beaches is complicated to get in and out since is a huge property.”

“First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!”
