“The home was clean and inviting, lots of room. The kids loved the pool table. Too cold to swim but it did look inviting. We had a fun who sun bathed. All in all I would stay here again!”

“Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. ”

“To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. “The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.”

“Karry was fantastic. Her home is amazing, very large and very clean and comfortable. We had 15 people traveling from New England staying at this house for our son’s wedding at a nearby venue. Plenty of room for all of us, everyone had a bed to sleep in and the outdoor space was put to good use by all of us throughout the week. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed for cooking. The location was perfect for us close to downtown Ponchatula and shopping. I would recommend this house to...
