“The service at the front desk was amazing. She was so kind and professional. The entire place just has a really good atmosphere and you’re right on the river. I would say that they can definitely improve on their menu in the restaurant though. The food is subpar.”

“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. “We had a short overnight stay after a show at the Hult Center. First time there and it was wonderful. The grounds were lovely. The bed was soft. The breakfast was scrumptious. Would definitely come back.”

“This is a fine property. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Features free sodas, water, apples, a variety of granola-type breakfast bars, and internet, all for free. When our return home flight was canceled, they worked with us to extend our 8 day vacation stay another night during a sold-out week. We recommend this hotel for its balance between price, amenities, comfort, and excellent staff.”

“Our room was extremely clean and this point is very important, especially to my wife. The room was comfortable, all appliances worked well, the bed was nice and the addition of a room fan was very nice. We both felt it was a good value. Note that it is in the heart of downtown Eugene OR.”

“A small motel with a modern vibe that has been tastefully upgraded. Room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom was modestly larger than expected. I found it to be clean and the bed comfy. The owner was very friendly at both check in and check out. It sits conveniently off a main arterial, but there was lots of riff raff roaming the street out front. I would stay here again!”

“5/5 – Exceptional Stay! Check-in was a breeze—fast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious, fully equipped with shower accessories and plenty of towels. A nice touch—the toilet was sealed with a “cleaned” sticker...
