“Rooms are super nice. But the hotel lacks amenities. No pool, no bar, not a lot of common areas.”

“Hotel was very nice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river with lots of birds to view in the evening. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean, large, nice temperature, with lots of places to sit and umbrellas to keep us in the shade. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Really appreciated the hospitality, welcome wine, and great breakfast. Clean and spacious room (Shiela) and excellent access to paved trails and parks along the river, as well as downtown restaurants and shopping. Also liked the neighborhood turkey.”

“The Riverpath in was so clean and homey! I usually don’t feel as rested or comfortable in hotels or other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. But it felt like I was at home. I even got to chat with one of the owners and we had a great conversation. She was so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about the home and those who pass through it. If I’m ever up there again I will 100% come back to the Riverpath Inn.”

“March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel room AND no weight room available because that was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. But buyer beware, construction will continue for several months and...

“Just reminded not to stay in Motels. Outside doors and bright lights don’t bode well for getting a good night’s sleep.”

“Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out.”

“Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room.”
