Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. “L’hotel storico del 1865 occupa una splendida posizione di fronte a Castle Beach a due passi dai negozi e ristoranti di Falmouth. Ha un ampio parcheggio, una palestra e piscina per chi non vuole affrontare il fondale roccioso della spiaggia. Camera pulita con macchina del caffè/tè e biscotti di benvenuto. Niente male la colazione a buffet nel vecchio salone. Ha anche un bel bar e il servizio ristorante. Personale gentile e disponibile”
