Hotel a Maximo

“This is a wonderful hotel. It is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. There area around is very safe and is a small town feel, yet close to Akron/Canton.”

“Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.”

“Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. I wanted more places to hang towels and washcloths, but the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay”

“First interaction with the woman at check in wasn’t the most pleasant, she must have not been in the greatest of moods but other than that, the rest of the staff encountered were very friendly. There was an outlet cover that was not attached and left on the chair exposing the wiring behind the outlet. Other than that, the room was as expected.”
