“The AC did not keep the room clean, the shower was filthy and the day before our stay I called and was allowed a late check out, it was noted. When I checked in again I asked for a late check out and it was given then on the day of check out they called at 11:00 and told me I needed to be out "now". “Several of us have stayed in Luling for over three years as we search for Missing Person Jason Landry. The staff at Best Western are always kind and accomodating. We love the facilities as well. Getting two free drinks and chips and salsa are a nice bonus each evening.”
