“Beautiful hotel! Magnificent in every way! Highly recommend! 💯”

“I wish I could have left a more positive review. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to force majeure circumstances. While I understand that booking policies exist, I was disappointed that the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility, no partial refund, no rebooking option, and no alternative solution. A little empathy and goodwill in exceptional situations would have gone a long way. Instead, the response felt entirely transactional, which was disappointing.”

“Bra frukost, trevlig personal. Rekommenderas.”

“The room was wonderful. Lots of modern amenities. Staff was helpful. A little out of town. Food was ok. Buffet options were tastier than the menu items.”

“The lady who greeted me on arrival was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I had come to the right place (feel terrible for forgetting her name or I would have mentioned it), the rest of the staff were just as pleasant, the breakfast selection was good and all the facilities were perfect to come back to after a day up the slopes.”

“Palvelu erinomaista. Aamiainen huippuluokkaa.

“Room was very clean but small and limited storage space ”

“Loved this place! Incredible hotel! Great food and staff! The spa is awesome!”
